The Bay at St. Ann Health and Rehabilitation Center Receives Medicare Certification
MILWAUKEE – The Bay at St. Ann Health and Rehabilitation Center is pleased to announce that the skilled nursing facility has received the necessary certification to begin billing for Medicare coverage, and is now able to care for patients receiving services under both the Medicare part A and the Medicare Part B programs.
The Bay at St. Ann Health and Rehabilitation Center, which has a 5-Star Rating on Nursing Home Compare (www.medicare.gov), applied to have all of the 50 beds in the facility eligible to provide this coverage earlier this year. The facility was purchased by Champion Care in December 2020. Champion Care, which owns and operates 10 skilled nursing facilities and 1 assisted living facility all located in Wisconsin, purchased St. Ann Rest Home from the Dominican Sisters, and continue the community’s tradition of providing quality care to and welcoming older adults of all faiths.
