The Bay at Gardenview Assisted Living Center to Hold Open House for Expanded, Renovated Facility
The Bay at Gardenview Assisted Living Center will unveil a renovated and significantly expanded facility at an open house at the facility on Thursday, Aug. 11 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Members of the Gardenview Team are pleased to share with the Langlade County community the Center’s four additional two-room suites and one large private suite, all with private bathrooms. The addition and renovation also add an additional family room and chapel area for the benefit of the Residents whom our community has the honor of serving.
“On behalf of The Bay at Gardenview Assisted Living Center Team of dedicated and talented caregivers, and our facility’s operations company, Champion Care, I am thrilled to unveil this great addition of residential suites and common areas for the use and benefit our community,” said Wanda Hose, Administrator of The Bay at Eastview Health and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility on the campus where Gardenview is located. “We are proud of these attractive and functional additions to the facility, which bring Gardenview’s Community Based Residential Facility license up to 29 licensed beds.”
Amenities Include:
- Utilities included in cost including cable television and telephone (local calls)
- Facility fully equipped with Integrity Fire Sprinkler System
- Individual controls for heat and AC units in room/suites
- Weekly housekeeping in resident rooms/suites
- Room/suite maintenance completed by staff
- Daily facility housekeeping/spot cleaning completed
- Emergency response system in place
- Linens available for twin beds
- Daily towel exchange
- Weekly laundry service for personal laundry and linens
- Homemade meals provided three times a day – Snacks and beverages available anytime – Residents have full access to the kitchen area
- Staff on duty 24 hours a day – Resident Assistants
- Nursing staff available 24/7 – if a nurse is not in the assisted living when needed, a nurse from the skilled nursing facility may come to assist
- Administrator on call 24/7 for emergencies
- RN supervision and on call
- Medication Administration
- Whirlpool Spa available
- Leisure time activities
- Garden area to sit and relax in or to visit with family/friends
- Residents may decorate as they wish – May utilize their own furniture and wall hangings – Furniture is available for use in the rooms/window treatments and blinds are provided

- Physical, occupational and speech therapy services are available
Members of the public and the press are welcome to attend the open house, which will provide tours and refreshments at the Center from 2-4 p.m. The Center is located at 729 Park St. in Antigo.
